St George's Day

England's partron saint's day is, as everyone knows, 23rd April...do you have any memories (or memorabilia) of St George's Day celebrations in the district?

St George and his dragon visited Rochford in 2007 to celebrate in the garden of the council offices in South Street. We would be delighted to have any photos of this.
