Anyone know more about photo?

The photo attached is of the Ashingdon Home Guard in which my father served.

I have no idea of dates or any other members other than the vague recollection that the Head of Ashingdon School was the Captain and that may well be where this photo was taken.

Perhaps someone will recognise the building to confirm?

Ralph Chapman is in the middle of the seated front row with glasses. Sixth from the left. My Grandfather was Ralph's Brother.

I believe my Grandfather Ralph Chapman was captain. He was friends with Mr Taylor the head master so there may well have been a connection
